Active Coffee Shop was born from the love and vision of a Christian and Sofi, and their son Nico. As a family, they were committed to finding ways to contribute to their community while balancing the challenges of raising a child with special needs. It was this journey that inspired them to create a space for connection, relaxation, and shared experiences.

Growing up, Nico had a passion for triathlons, a sport that his father, Christian, also loved. Despite his young age, Nico quickly became an enthusiastic participant, sharing this special bond with his dad. Together, they trained and competed, always pushing each other to achieve their best. Their shared love of cycling and triathlons brought them closer, and through this sport, they found immense support and community.

Along the way, they discovered a company called Active Cycling Shop, who provided the perfect cycling gear for both Nico and Christian’s triathlon pursuits. This connection sparked an idea in Sofi, who saw the potential to create something bigger: a welcoming space for families to relax, connect, and share their stories.

Sofi knew that while Christian and Nico had their triathlons, she too needed a space of her own—one that would allow families to enjoy quality time together. This led to the creation of Active Coffee Shop, a place that goes beyond just serving coffee and pastries. It’s a place where people can come together, support one another, and celebrate the unique talents and creativity within the community.
